Return Policy

Return Window

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition it was received

For safety and quality reasons, opened chemical products, used products, or products with broken seals cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved before being shipped back.

Please contact us at [insert email address] with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Leaking, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping box

  • Photos of any damage, leakage, or incorrect item received

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Please do not throw away the product or packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used car care chemicals

  • Products with broken seals

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow directions

  • Products purchased from a third-party retailer or local store

If you purchased a Sharp Line Motors product from a retail location, please contact that store directly for their return policy.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Sharp Line Motors, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. Sharp Line Motors is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns for non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Restocking fees do not apply to returns caused by damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
